TalentC® - Nigeria under the leadership of Emmanuel Michael will deliver our accredited mentor solutions to people and organizations in Nigeria.

We are delighted to partner with Emmanuel who brings his passion for mentoring to our relationship. Since 2003 he has been involved in mentoring individuals, young and old who are interested in developing a career in HR, and improving their capacity in other chosen careers. Early in 2011 he started mentoring and coaching young graduates on how to acquire work readiness and employability skills. He volunteers with Enable Africa in the implementation of its Workplace & Enterprise Readiness Programme (WeReady) – a workplace readiness boot camp for fresh graduates, youth corp members, job seekers, and job changers.. He is also one of the pioneer mentors with the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) since March of 2014. His joy and excitement is the successes attained by his mentees.

Emmanuel is a Strategic HR leader who is skilled in the art of influencing business strategy and organizational leaders, aligning HR strategy to business goals, using diversity and inclusion to achieve bottom-line results, developing talent-management culture and strategies for employee engagement, and using metrics to measure impact on business outcomes.

He has over 20 years management experience, of which 11 has been at executive management level in various industries spanning multidisciplinary engineering, information technology, hospitality and microfinance.

Emmanuel holds a certificate in Strategic Human Resources Management from the prestigious School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University (an Ivy League school), and an alumnus of Management Centre Europe, as well as being a Professional Member of the Society for Human Resources Management. He is currently pursuing an MBA with specialization in Employee Relations at University of Leicester.
